1. Overview

 

At LuTra Studio, we aim to provide high-quality consulting, coaching, and publishing services with professionalism and care.

Because our services involve customized work and reserved time, refunds are limited under specific conditions as described below.

 

By purchasing, booking, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

 

2. Consulting and Coaching Services

 

a. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), no refund will be issued.

b. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

 

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake; or

  • LuTra Studio cancels the session and cannot reschedule within 14 days.

 

All other completed or in-progress sessions are non-refundable, as they involve intellectual effort and time investment.

3. Service Packages and Digital Deliverables

Certain plans or bundled services (e.g., Resume Review + Interview Coaching) are prepaid and delivered in stages.

 

  • Once a package has commenced (e.g., first consultation or document delivery), it is considered partially used and non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved before service delivery begins, an administrative fee of 10% may be deducted to cover transaction and scheduling costs.

4. Publishing and Content Collaboration

Publishing-related services (e.g., editing, manuscript review, content creation) involve creative labor and third-party collaboration.

Therefore:

 

  • All publishing and content-related payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If you cancel before work begins, a 20% administrative fee applies.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at info@lutrastudio.studio with the following details:

 

  • Full name

  • Service purchased

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for refund request

We will review and respond to your request within 5–7 business days.

 

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days,

depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be granted for:

 

  • Completed consultations or coaching sessions

  • Digital or downloadable materials

  • Customized content or written deliverables already provided

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations

 

7. Force Majeure

If a session or project cannot proceed due to events beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural disaster, internet outage),

we will reschedule the session at no cost. Refunds will not be issued in such cases unless both parties agree otherwise.
