Founder Bio

Dr. Jason Yen-Chun Lu

Founder & Creative Strategist | PhD in Biomedical Engineering

Jason bridges the worlds of science, strategy, and storytelling. With a decade of experience spanning biotech R&D, cross-functional leadership, and global communications, he founded LuTra Studio to help ideas travel farther — and faster.

He has led initiatives in mRNA, LNP, cell therapy, and organoid systems, while also mentoring early-career scientists, coaching job seekers, and building public platforms to translate complex science into human stories.

Born in Taiwan, trained in the U.S., and now based in Cambridge, MA, Jason is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to adapt, communicate, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
