Jessica Huang is passionate about helping international students and young professionals thrive in the U.S. academic and corporate environment. With over seven years of experience mentoring early-career professionals on job searching, career transitions, soft skills, and graduate school applications, she combines technical expertise with cross-cultural insight to empower others to succeed with confidence.

Her professional journey spans diverse roles across the drug development landscape, including research and development, analytical development, process development, and business development in leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and Contract Research Organization (CRO) settings. Jessica began her career at Pfizer as a scientist focused on cell and gene therapy, where she gained a deep understanding of translating scientific innovation into real-world impact. Building on this foundation, she transitioned from the laboratory bench to the business side—leveraging her scientific expertise and strategic mindset to contribute to business development, competitive intelligence, and corporate strategy.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Chiao Tung University and completed her biomedical engineering training at Cornell University, specializing in biomaterials, 3D printing, and tissue engineering. She is currently pursuing her MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management
