TAIWAN GLOBAL PATHFINDERS

Our TGPI programs.

We are the U.S. program partner, based in Greater Boston, for programs under the Taiwan Global Pathfinders Initiative (TGPI), run by the Youth Development Administration of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education.

INDUSTRY

Inside biotech companies

A Boston curriculum built around each group’s age, academic track and learning goals, from middle school to university.

Invited scholar sessions and planned academic and lab visits across Greater Boston’s research community.

Visits to biotech companies and conversations with the people building them.

ON THE GROUND

Daily program management

MENTORING

Learning that sticks

Student mentoring throughout the program, and help turning the experience into documented learning outcomes.

SUPPORT

A single point of contact

Emergency support and one point of contact in Boston for students and faculty for the full stay.

On-site management with morning briefings and evening debriefs, so every day runs to plan.

HOW IT WORKS

How a program comes together.

Four steps, planned with your faculty from the first conversation.

01 · SCOPE

Align on goals

02 · DESIGN

Build the Boston program

03 · RUN

Manage it on the ground

04 · INTEGRATE

Turn it into outcomes

We agree with your faculty on learning goals, age group, academic track, dates and group size.

We design the curriculum and arrange scholar sessions, lab visits and company visits around it.

We run the program day by day in Boston, with daily briefings and student support.

We help consolidate what students learned into documented outcomes the school can use.
